Terms of Service

Last updated: October 26, 2026 · Artiwiz Technologies Inc.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you, and the organization on whose behalf you use Hivekeeper (together, "you"), and Artiwiz Technologies Inc. ("Artiwiz", "we", "us"). Artiwiz owns and operates Hivekeeper, including the website at hivekeepr.com, the web application, the API and the Code Keeper analysis engine (the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a subscription or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you accept them for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

1. Who we are

Hivekeeper is a product of Artiwiz Technologies Inc. All sales, subscriptions and invoices for Hivekeeper are made and issued by Artiwiz Technologies Inc. You can reach us at the contact details at the end of these Terms.

2. The Service

Hivekeeper connects to the code repositories you choose, detects breaking changes and risks in third-party APIs, packages, infrastructure and mobile platform requirements, and can propose fixes as pull requests. Rule-based scans run on our own detection rules. AI deep scans and fix pull requests are performed by Code Keeper, Hivekeeper's AI analysis engine, which uses third-party AI models under our control (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Accounts

4. Your code and data

You keep all rights to your code and data ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to access, copy temporarily, analyze and modify Customer Data only to provide the Service to you, for example to scan the repositories you select and to open the pull requests you request. We don't sell Customer Data and don't use your source code to train AI models. Repository copies are deleted after each scan. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. AI-generated changes

Findings and fixes produced by Code Keeper are generated automatically and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Every fix is opened as a pull request for your review; Hivekeeper never pushes to your branches. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and approving any change before you merge or deploy it.

6. Acceptable use

7. Plans, prices and payment

8. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel from the Billing page at any time. Dev and Startup keep access until the end of the billing period you paid for; Enterprise until the end of its current term. After that the organization moves to the Dev plan and keeps its repositories and history. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these Terms or don't pay, after notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, payment owed, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.

9. Ownership

The Service, including its software, Code Keeper, detection rules, website, documentation, and the Hivekeeper name and logo, is owned by Artiwiz Technologies Inc. and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms during your subscription; no other rights are transferred. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

10. Third-party services

The Service works with services you connect, such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jira, ServiceNow, Slack, package registries and your identity provider. Their use is governed by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them.

11. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and secure, and post incidents on our status page. Support is available at support@hivekeepr.com and through in-app chat. Enterprise service levels are set out in your Enterprise agreement.

12. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or an Enterprise agreement, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't warrant that findings are complete or that proposed fixes are correct.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and each party's total liability arising from these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid to Artiwiz Technologies Inc. for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. These limits don't apply to your payment obligations or to liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Artiwiz against third-party claims arising from Customer Data you provide or your use of the Service in breach of these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we notify account owners by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Ontario, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms. Mandatory consumer protections in your country are not affected.
